Bayard 1908 (12) .25ACP

History:

After the model in caliber .380 ACP, in 1912 a model in caliber .25 ACP followed.
Shape, size and construction were nearly the same, just the barrel, magazine and breech were modified according the size of the .25 cartridge.
The receiver was longer for a few millimeters and the slide was guided by an additional bar inside the receiver. The trigger guard and the serration at the slide got a new design, by which this model could easily be told at the first look. The grips now were fastened by two screwes each.
Exact figures are not reported, however the numbering appearently was made together with the .32 and .380 models.
